  • Enter booking into system as a sales order and pre-load vehicle and any requested work details
  • Print job cards either before or after vehicle arrives
  • Issue job to workshop with vehicle and printed job card
  • Add parts required for the job into the sales order
  • Automatically generate linked purchase orders for required parts and send
  • Book ordered parts into store on arrival and issue directly to job
  • Repeat last three steps until all work complete
  • Update sales order / job card with full details of work done
  • Split invoice between customer and insurance company if needed
  • Print invoice and present to customer
  • Send sales and purchase invoices to MoneyWorks electronically
  • Process customer receipts and supplier payments in MoneyWorks
